Management Professor / Consultant / Speaker
Ed Tomlinson is a Professor of Management in the Chambers College of Business & Economics at West Virginia University and teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and business from Virginia Military Institute, an MBA degree from University of Lynchburg, and masters and PhD degrees from The Ohio State University. With expertise in Conflict Management, Compensation, and Groups/Social Processes, he has published his research in top-tier peer-reviewed academic journals. He lives in Morgantown, WV with his wife Beth (a Business Communications professor at WVU) and three sons.
